- Mycuci1 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
- Do not share your account details with any third party.
Prohibited User Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the mycuci1 platform:
- Using bots, automated software, or any unauthorised means to access or manipulate the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, identity falsification, or illegal activity.
- Disrupting the normal operation of the platform or attempting to compromise system security.
- Using an account for money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
- Abusing promotions or bonus offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All transactions on the mycuci1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use is their own and legally valid.
Successfully processed deposits are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances as determined by mycuci1. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may take varying amounts of time depending on the chosen payment method.
Mycuci1 reserves the right to impose minimum wagering requirements before withdrawals are permitted for certain promotions or bonuses. Full details of these requirements will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Any attempt to abuse the payment system or misuse bonuses will result in the immediate freezing or closure of the account.
Suspicious or irregular transactions may be placed on hold pending further investigation. Users will be contacted via their registered email address if an investigation is required.

Account Suspension & Closure
Mycuci1 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if:
- The user has violated any terms outlined in this document.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected on the account.
- The user provided false information during registration.
- This account has been flagged for use by an individual under 18 years of age.
